*Fiasconaro HVAC offers after-hours service to customers in the event of trouble with a recently serviced unit, an emergent no heat/no AC situation, and for customers who suspect a drainage problem that could cause property damage. Top priority is given to customers who have systems recently installed by us, customers on a maintenance plan, and those with very young or very aged individuals in the home. For after-hours emergencies, call our regular business line (215-692-0780, select option 1 for service) to consult with our on-call technician. You may need to leave a message, but your call will be returned.
After reviewing your situation, the on-call technician will make a recommendation on when to dispatch a service technician to your property. Please keep in mind, after-hours means many of our supply companies and technical support hotlines are closed, and we may not be able to obtain the part or resolve your concern until regular business hours. After-hours calls are at an overtime rate. There is a minimum, non-negotiable, $175 charge to arrive at your location. We will review parts costs with you as appropriate once a diagnosis is made.
While not all problems can be anticipated, most can be foreseen during a preventive maintenance visit. We invite you to inquire about our bi-annual maintenance program.
